In order to submit your refund request, follow these steps:

-Enter the email address you used to pay for our services together with your username.

Please include the invoice number.

-Please be aware that the reimbursement will only be partially issued; the cost of the days used will be subtracted.

– Since credit card transaction costs are paid to your bank directly, they are not eligible for reimbursement.

-The original payment method used for the purchase will be utilized to complete the refund.
